Everything YOU Need to Know!
-In a Bungee class, students wear a harness that is attached to a bungee cord. This allows the student to feel a sense of weightlessness while doing fitness exercises and dance moves.
-It’s a fun alternative to a typical cardio or gym workout!

-It can be a great way to alleviate pressure on joints that a normal cardio workout may cause.
-Bungee fitness can build strength, help you achieve weight loss goals, and improve coordination!
-What should I wear? Please wear fitted, moisture-wicking clothes: yoga pants, leggings, stretchy clothing etc! NO JEANS, NO JEWELRY, shorts, exposed midriffs or knees. Class is done barefoot or you can wear jazz or ballet shoes. Some people find the bungee harness to be very uncomfortable at first, so padded shorts are an option to ease your experience. Many get used to the harness after a short time or a few sessions! We recommend bringing a sweatshirt (NO ZIPPERS) as well in case you are sensitive to the harness.
- Can anyone do bungee? YES! You do not need to be athletic or a certain age to try bungee. The higher your strength, stamina and fitness level is, the easier it will be to achieve certain tricks or movements, like any athletic hobby . Just like any aerial art or extreme sport, Bungee does not come without its’ own challenges. But any age or body type can excel at bungee with time and practice. *(Please see weight limit and harness size limit information below).

**Weight limits & Harness sizing information** Please read before you proceed:

The bungee systems in use do have weight and waist/thigh size limitations. You will be required to provide your true weight and measurements to the instructor so that she can provide the safest bungee experience for you (this information will remain confidential). The harnesses currently fit up to a maximum waist size of 51 inches and thigh size of 35 inches. The bungee weight limit is 300lbs.

-$150 for a 1 hour session with up to 5 people

- Scheduling is based on studio and instructor availability. This will be different each week/month.
-Typical Bungee class day/time availability: Monday-Thursday before 2:00pm and after 8:30pm, Fridays before 3:00pm and after 7:30pm, Saturdays between 11:00am-1:00pm and 2:00-10:00pm, Sundays before 1:00pm and after 6:30pm. We can’t guarantee that these times will be available each week but these are the typical available times, especially if you are booking far enough in advance!

-Bungee classes must be paid for in FULL in advance to reserve. All students must be signed up and registered in our system before arriving. (You will be emailed a link and a deadline for registering/payment once you fill out the form).
-No refunds or last minute cancellations. You must email or call the studio and give a 24 hour notice if you want to reschedule. No call/no shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a reschedule. In some cases, an account credit can be offered.
