We offer over 65 classes a week in many different circus disciplines including Aerial Silks, Aerial Hammock, Trapeze, Aerial Hoop (Lyra), Hula Hooping, Juggling, Flexibility, Contortion, Acro Dance, Pole Fitness and more. Our approach is supportive and positive so everyone feels at home.

Tippy Lyra Explorations with Crystal Jones
⭐️Date: Sunday, September 20
⭐️Time: 2:45-4:15pm
Description:
This workshop will cover various levels of tricks and explorations on tippy lyra including various mount techniques, spins, poses, dismount techniques and tricks. Due to the specialty nature of this apparatus, it is recommended that participants have prior experience on aerial lyra or a similar apparatus as well as the ability to perform either an inversion or pull over mount on their primary apparatus. Various progressions will be given throughout and participants will have the ability to freestyle at the end as well as take photos/video. (Level 2 and up)

Saturday, June 6 at 6 pm (CAST A)

Recital is for all youth students in Preschool Cirque and higher levels. Aerial adults in Level 2+ classes are eligible to participate, as well.

Recital is a FUN experience! It will build confidence, stage presence, and lasting memories for your child!
