We LOVE beginners! Most of our classes are geared towards total beginners and do not require any experience or strength prerequisites. We meet you where you are! All ages, shapes, body types, and backgrounds are welcome in our studio!

Aerial Silks are long, flowing fabrics that you climb, wrap, and move through in the air. This is the classic “cirque-style” apparatus—think climbs, poses, and eventually drops as you progress.
The hammock (or sling) is a soft loop of fabric that supports your body, making it easier to get off the ground right away. You’ll sit, lie, invert, and flow through movements with more support than silks.
Lyra is a steel hoop suspended in the air that you’ll sit, stand, and pose in. It’s a favorite for creating beautiful shapes and transitions, combining strength with artistry.
Trapeze features a bar (sometimes with ropes) that you can sit, stand, and move on. It’s versatile, fun, and often feels the most playful of all the apparatuses.
Once you’ve graduated from Aerial Foundations, you can select an apparatus and continue your aerial journey.

Each student will be at a slightly different level, so our instructors are well-adept at scaffolding classes to match everyone’s needs – so you won’t “fall behind” by joining in the middle of a month or series.
Students enrolled in weekly class series must pay monthly tuition (No membership fee).
Please review our makeup policy. If you are missing most of your classes in a month – talk with us to see if there is another class that better fits your schedule.
