Circus in Wonderland
We have two recitals at Wildwood Park for the Arts this spring. Join us Saturday, June 6 at 6 pm and Sunday, June 7 at 2 pm for our production of Circus in Wonderland!
Recital
-
Recital is for all youth students in Preschool Cirque and higher levels. Aerial adults in Level 2+ classes are eligible to participate, as well.
-
Beginning April 1, students will only be able to attend Acro Dance, Partner Acro, or Circus Tumbling as a makeup class due to recital practice.
-
If your child is joining us a few months before recital, they will still participate in the recital. Our instructors are able to choreograph your student with skills that they are capable of executing confidently! Students joining on or after April 1 will need approval to participate in recital.
-
Costume and Recital fees are charged at enrollment.
-
Recital is a FUN experience! It will build confidence, stage presence, and lasting memories for your child!
-
Should you have any questions regarding recital, please reach out to our team for assistance! Click to view the recital info pack.

Dress Rehearsal/Recital Expectations
-
Arrive 30 minutes early to get settled in.
-
Arrive in full costume/hair/and makeup!
-
ONLY one parent will need to drop off and pick up your student backstage to keep foot traffic to a minimum.
-
Hair:
-
Hair should be in a bun, slicked back with no flyaways or loose strands that could hang in the face or get tangled in the aerial apparatus UNLESS your class has decided upon another particular hairstyle to match their costume.
-
If your child’s hair is too short for a high bun, do a low bun or low ponytail instead. We want hair out of the face and sleek looking.

-
Makeup:
-
The typical stage/theater makeup look includes: foundation, blush, eye shadow, eyeliner, lip liner and lipstick, mascara or fake lashes (your choice- some people absolutely hate fake lashes and performing in them which we totally understand), and setting spray.
-
If you don’t own these, there are affordable options at Walgreens, Walmart, or Ulta stores. Be comfortable, but let the audience see your facial expressions!
