Make-Up Class Policies

We understand that life happens! If you need to miss a class, you may be eligible for a make-up class according to the policies below.

Make-Up Class Guidelines

• Students are eligible for one make-up class per enrolled class, per month.
• To qualify for a make-up class, the absence must be reported before the class begins on the day of the absence by emailing [email protected].
• Make-up classes must be scheduled and completed within 90 days of the missed class.
• Make-up classes are subject to class availability and must be scheduled in advance through the front desk.
• During recital season, beginning in March, make-up classes are limited to:
  • Stretch & Flex
  • Partner Acrobatics
  • Contortion
• If you do not attend your scheduled make-up class, the make-up is considered used and cannot be rescheduled.
• Make-up classes are not eligible for refunds or account credits.
• Make-up classes have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another student.

Important Reminder

Make-up classes are a courtesy offered to currently enrolled students and are dependent on available space in other classes. Please do not attend a make-up class without scheduling it in advance through the front desk.
