Dear ACA Family,
Due to social distancing and the CDC’s recommendations- we will be closed for all youth and adult group classes starting today, March 17th, 2020 through March 29th, 2020. It is with a heavy heart that we make this decision but we believe it is the right thing to do. We all face uncertainties ahead but we will get through this together with creative solutions and patience!
Any closure dates and procedures may change at any time, due to the rapidly progressing public health situation involving COVID-19. We believe we have taken every precaution possible to keep our children and community safe and we will continue to do so.

At this time, we will still be holding our Spring Break Camp, as other childcare and daycare centers continue to operate. We are capping the enrollment for this camp as it is at a small number currently and we want to support any parents needing childcare. We will reach out to all parents of children who are signed up for this program with more information.

Makeup Classes- You will be able to makeup any missed classes once we are open again. We are looking at adding extra classes to the schedule to accommodate makeup classes for youth and adults. Please stay tuned as we seek to provide creative solutions that work for everyone right now and in the near future.

Online Learning & Classes- We are currently working on online learning, videos and resources. We understand that there is only so much that adult or youth students can safely do at home, especially if they do not have access to special circus/aerial equipment. At the same time, there is a lot that students can do at home if we get creative! We are open to any suggestions or requests that our students and parents may have: email info@arcircus.com. Stay tuned on our social media and check your email for some fun at-home activities and exercises we will be sharing.

Small Open Gym Sessions- We are exploring the possibility of having small open gym sessions throughout the next two weeks for adults (10 or less people). If these are possible, they will be first come/first serve and you can sign up for them on the events calendar.

Private Lessons- Private lessons will still be held if students and teachers wish to continue. Small group private lessons are also available.

Cleaning and Procedures- We are continuing with all of our cleaning and facility procedures that have previously been stated in emails and on our website. We intend to use this time to spruce up the gym, make repairs, and work on our lesson plans.

Parent/Student Portal- Stay informed by checking your email, checking our Facebook page and group, and signing in to your Parent/Student portal for updates on openings.
