“Hey! My name is Christy Jackson, and I joined the circus a little later in life! I began my circus journey in 2017 (at the age of 47) when I was invited to an aerial silks party, and I fell in love! Along the way, I took classes in aerial silks, hammock, lyra, trapeze, pole, fire spinning, hula hooping, etc; and I began coordinating Arkansas’ first bungee fitness and dance program.”
I currently teach aerial silks, pole, and bungee classes; and I occasionally perform on the silks, hammock, and aerial sphere as well as with fire fans.
I am a mathematics teacher by profession, and I love being outdoors, particularly on the water somewhere.
I am in my 50’s living my best circus life, and you can, too! I would love to show you all that Arkansas Circus Arts has to offer!
